As we grow older, we cross paths with so many people, many of whom have children. And the one thing I hear more than anything else is how smart these children are. Not too long ago, I was having a conversation about a friend's little girl being so intelligent. I came to the realization that our children should be smart. They should be smarter than we were at there age. We should be able to hold OUR children to HIGHER standards than our parents held us.
Children soak in so much information the fist 6 years of their lives. We should spend that time instilling in them the drive to be better each day than the day before. We need to look for ways that our children can improve themselves but yet enjoy what life has to offer.
